How do I restore my subscription?

Open Habito → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it will restore automatically on any device signed into the same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Habito Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if my card fails on renewal?

Apple provides a 16-day grace period during which they retry your payment. Your Pro access stays active during this time. Update your payment method in iOS Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping.

Is my data backed up?

If you're a Pro subscriber with iCloud sync enabled, your data syncs privately to your iCloud account and is available on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Free users' data is stored locally on their device only.

How do I delete all my data?

Open Habito → Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all habits, check-ins, and streaks from your device and iCloud (if synced).
