Habito does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. We don't have servers. Your habit data lives on your device and, if you choose, syncs privately through your own iCloud account.
None. Habito contains:
Habito stores your habits, check-in history, streaks, and preferences locally using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.
If you enable iCloud sync (a Pro feature), your data is stored in your private iCloud container. Apple manages this storage under their own privacy policy. We cannot access your iCloud data.
Habito Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, collect, or store your payment information.
Habito uses local notifications for daily habit reminders. These are scheduled on your device and do not involve any remote server.
Habito does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, this is inherently satisfied.
If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page with a new date. Given our architecture (zero servers, zero data collection), meaningful changes are unlikely.
